Barbara Amaya is an award winning advocate, speaker, trainer, author of Amazon best selling memoir 'Nobody's Girl' and graphic novel 'The Destiny of Zoe Carpenter'. And a survivor leader in the movement to end human trafficking and all violence against women. Barbara has dedicated her life to combating human trafficking and violence against women and children. She holds a background in education, a credential in early childhood development and a PHD in psychology. Barbara has been actively raising awareness of the sexual exploitation of children and domestic sex trafficking since 2012.

Mr. Kipper is the founder and director of the National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence. His expertise in the area of community and school violence prevention has been recognized by the White House, Congress, and a number of states across America. His best-selling book, “No Colors: 100 Ways to Keep Gangs from Taking Away Our Communities,” has been instrumental in developing gang reduction programs in communities across America.

Law Enforcement Liaison, End Violence Against Women International

Jerald Monahan is a 40 year public safety official having served in several Arizona law enforcement agencies. He currently is the Chief of Police for Yavapai College in Prescott Arizona and also serves as the Law Enforcement Liaison for the Non-Profit Criminal Justice Training Organization, End Violence Against Women International. Chief Monahan has served on several boards and commissions involved in addressing issues of domestic and sexual violence and is the current Advisory Board Chairperson for the National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence.

Varsha serves as an independent training consultant and has been a guest speaker at non-profit organizations, agencies, and universities nationally and internationally addressing a wide variety of topics including diversity, cross-cultural communication, bias, domestic violence and sexual assault. Workshop participants typically consist of medical and legal professionals, law enforcement officials, advocates, university students- amongst many others. Her work experiences include working with diverse populations from Somalia, India, Iraq, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Nepal, Russia, and many more.

Anisha is motivated to teach victims and survivors of gender violence integrative tools to assist in their healing journey.
